Duties Diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals Install new appliances, HVAC components, and kitchen equipment in residential or commercial settings with precision and care Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan Troubleshoot complex HVAC & appliance issues, utilizing mechanical knowledge and diagnostic tools Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, parts, or equipment to job sites Read schematics and technical diagrams to accurately identify issues and execute repairs effectively Provide outstanding customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology including air conditioning, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance Ability to interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings accurately Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles safely Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to problem-solving Experience working with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) supplies and procedures Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and safety standards Join us if you're passionate about technical excellence and eager to make a tangible impact through your skills!
