Job Description
Experienced RV & Marine Service Technician Hava Style Recreation is looking for an experienced RV & Marine Service Technician to join our growing team. We are a family-owned dealership that takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. If you have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining RVs, boats, trailers, and related systems, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair RV and marine mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems. Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine service. Troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, batteries, charging systems, lighting, and accessories. Install aftermarket accessories and customer upgrades. Service water systems, LP gas systems, HVAC, slide-outs, leveling systems, awnings, and generators. Perform marine rigging, accessory installation, and boat system repairs. Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines. Document inspections, repairs, labor times, and parts used accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate repair recommendations and findings with the Service Advisor. Test units after repairs to ensure all work meets quality standards. Assist with dealership service operations as needed. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of RV or Marine repair experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of 12V and 120V electrical systems. Experience with plumbing, propane, HVAC, and appliance repair is highly desirable. Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals. Experience using diagnostic tools and shop equipment. Must be able to work independently while also functioning as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
