Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled RV Shop Foreman/Technician to lead our service team and ensure top-quality repairs and maintenance on a wide range of recreational vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive and RV repair, with a focus on electrical systems, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily shop operations, mentor technicians, and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the daily operations of the RV service shop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship Perform comprehensive repairs on RV electrical systems, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system repairs Conduct mechanical repairs such as brake repair, suspension work, shocks & struts replacement, transmissions, and engine diagnostics Handle plumbing system maintenance and repair, including RV plumbing system diagnostics and repairs Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering tools, and other specialized equipment to complete repairs accurately Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, alignment checks, HVAC servicing, and vehicle inspections Assist customers by providing technical advice, explaining repair procedures clearly, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process Experience Proven dealership experience or extensive background as an automotive or RV service technician Strong electrical experience with expertise in automotive electrical systems and RV electrical system diagnostics Hands-on experience with diesel engine repair, heavy lifting tasks, welding, soldering, and equipment repair Knowledge of automotive diagnostics software and basic vehicle troubleshooting techniques Familiarity with plumbing systems within RVs as well as HVAC systems maintenance and repair Mechanical knowledge covering transmissions, shocks & struts, brakes, suspension components, and auto body repair Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and perform heavy lifting safely Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about vehicle maintenance who thrive in a collaborative environment.
