Minimum Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited automotive technician training program or equivalent experience. Valid automotive service certification (e.g., ASE certification or equivalent). Demonstrated experience in automotive diagnostics and repair at a professional level. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced certifications in specialized automotive systems such as hybrid/electric vehicles or diesel engines. Experience in a leadership or mentorship role within an automotive service team. Familiarity with the latest automotive diagnostic tools and software. Additional training in customer service or technical leadership. Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations related to automotive repair.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
