Motor Vehicle Title & License Processor Arizona Trucking Association - Tolleson, AZ Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Established, Professional Environment The Arizona Trucking Association, proudly serving the industry since 1937, is seeking an experienced, detail-driven Motor Vehicle Title & License Processor to join our team. We are a long-standing, respected organization dedicated to supporting our members and long-time customers with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. This position is ideal for a professional who already understands the MVD/Authorized Third Party environment and takes pride in accuracy, compliance, and delivering high-quality service. We are looking for someone who approaches every transaction with care and attention, ensuring it is completed correctly the first time. The right candidate takes ownership of their work, enjoys researching complex issues, and consistently strives to provide clear, accurate solutions for every customer interaction. This role offers a stable, predictable schedule in a respectful workplace that values long-term contributors and recognizes team members who consistently deliver reliable, high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Accurately process Title & Registration, Driver License, and related motor vehicle transactions. Research and resolve complex or unusual motor vehicle matters with confidence and compliance. Handle sensitive information with discretion, accuracy, and integrity. Provide professional, solution-oriented service to customers. Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations and high service standards. Maintain ADOT compliance and certification requirements. Take ownership of responsibilities and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prior experience in an MVD or Authorized Third Party office is required. Current RACF ID strongly preferred. Motor Carrier experience is a significant advantage. Demonstrated experience processing Title & Registration (T&R) and/or Driver License transactions is required. Ability to independently manage transactions with accuracy and minimal oversight. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Candidates must be able to pass a background check, including fingerprint screening, and maintain required ADOT certifications.
