Autovantage Service Center is looking for an experienced B-level automotive technician who is strong in general repair, inspections, maintenance, brakes, steering, suspension, cooling systems, and basic diagnostics. We are not looking for the cheapest technician we can hire. We are looking for the right technician, and we are prepared to pay for proven ability.

PAY:

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will handle the type of work an experienced B-level technician should feel comfortable owning: Brakes Steering and suspension Cooling systems Preventive maintenance General mechanical repair Vehicle inspections Basic electrical testing Mechanical diagnostics Scan tool testing Repair verification and road testing You will inspect vehicles, identify concerns, perform repairs, document your findings, and verify your work before the vehicle goes back to the customer.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who: Has professional automotive repair experience Works independently on most general repair jobs Knows how to use service information instead of guessing Understands proper testing and repair procedures Produces clean, accurate work Communicates clearly with advisors and other technicians Shows up reliably Keeps their work area organized Takes responsibility for the finished repair Wants to keep improving their skills A valid driver's license is required. ASE certifications are preferred, but we care more about what you know, how you work, and the quality you produce.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE AN A-LEVEL MASTER TECHNICIAN.
