Full-time About the Position We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Shop Maintenance & Vehicle Support Technician to help keep our shop, equipment, facilities, and vehicles operating safely and efficiently. This is a varied position for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with their hands, and can handle general maintenance and repair tasks in a busy shop environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on shop equipment, tools, and machinery. Perform general facility repairs and maintenance. Troubleshoot and address basic shop and facility maintenance issues. Maintain and repair doors, fixtures, work areas, and other shop facilities as needed. Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe. Operate forklifts and other shop equipment safely. Move vehicles around the property and to and from service locations as needed. Occasionally test drive vehicles to verify repairs or proper operation. Assist with moving, loading, unloading, and organizing equipment and materials. Assist shop personnel with maintenance-related tasks. Identify maintenance issues and communicate needed repairs or parts. Follow all company safety procedures. Perform other general shop maintenance and support duties as needed. Qualifications Valid Class B driver's license/CDL required. Safe and responsible driving record. Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience required. General mechanical, maintenance, or repair experience preferred. Experience performing general facility repairs and maintenance. Comfortable using common hand and power tools. Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment and facility problems. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Good attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and moving equipment or materials.
