Purpose & Objective:
The Service Advisor role is very important to the success of our business. The primary job of this position is professionally presenting customers with the recommended services and repairs made by the technicians based on the customers' needs, goals, and desires. This role also assists in the administrative and customer service aspects of the business. At Aero Auto Repair, this is a career not "just a job".

Successfully present repairs and service to customers based on their needs, goals, and desires, using company guidelines and best practices. Busy family-owned shop looking for an experienced service advisor. We have four locations in the San Diego County Area. We have a passion for customer service and helping the community with quality auto repair. If you share this same passion but may be burned out, we say don't give up yet. Come talk with us. We train our advisors, management and techs. While working, you attend a 6 month training course on how to be the best at your job and teach you how to conquer objections, increase sales and provide the best customer service. Once you're here hope you never leave us, but if you do, you will leave here a better advisor.
