Job Description
Slow days? A boss who doesn't have your back? Coworkers who cut corners and let you take the blame? We're a busy Honda/Toyota specialty general repair shop — 9 techs, 400+ hours of work a week — looking for technicians who diagnose the real mechanical problem instead of guessing, and who take pride in doing it right the first time. (Not collision or body work — this is engine, drivetrain, electrical, and full mechanical repair.) If you're the type who follows procedure because you understand why it matters — not because someone's watching — this is your shop. What's in it for you: Flat rate pay plan — turn more hours, make more money, no ceiling Mon-Fri schedule, no weekends
