Job Title:

Position Overview:
As a Ford Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of Ford vehicles. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and software. Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend preventive maintenance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford vehicle systems and technologies. Collaborate with team members and service advisors to ensure timely and accurate repairs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns professionally. Uphold safety and quality standards in all work performed. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Qualifications:
Certification from an accredited automotive technical program or equivalent work experience. ASE certification is preferred but not required. Previous experience with Ford vehicle repair and maintenance is highly desirable. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
