As an Automotive Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in automotive repair and possess a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic tests and inspections to identify vehicle issues and determine appropriate repair solutions.
  • Repair and replace faulty components, systems, or parts using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Collaborate with the service advisors and customers to explain repairs, provide cost estimates, and address any concerns or questions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and resolving any post-repair issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide guidance or assistance when needed.
Requirements:
  • ASE certification are a Plus.
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Repair Technician, with a minimum of 5 years in the industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and HVAC.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers, service advisors, and team members effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple repair tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license
