Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests and inspections to identify vehicle issues and determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Repair and replace faulty components, systems, or parts using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Collaborate with the service advisors and customers to explain repairs, provide cost estimates, and address any concerns or questions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and resolving any post-repair issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members and provide guidance or assistance when needed.
Requirements:
- ASE certification are a Plus.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Repair Technician, with a minimum of 5 years in the industry.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and HVAC.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, service advisors, and team members effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple repair tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license
