This is a salaried position that we are willing to discuss bonuses upon meeting specific goals. Duties Lead and supervise the RV service team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs. Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on RV electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution. Manage routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire service, HVAC system checks, and vehicle inspections. Repair plumbing systems within RVs, including water lines, tanks, pumps, and related components. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform assembly, equipment repair, soldering, and heavy lifting as needed. Diagnose complex automotive electrical systems using automotive diagnostics tools; troubleshoot basic vehicle issues efficiently. Oversee the proper use of tools and equipment while maintaining safety standards across all tasks. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong background in service technician roles. Extensive electrical experience including RV electrical system diagnostics and repairs. Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance within RVs; familiarity with RV plumbing repairs is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with basic vehicle troubleshooting abilities. Excellent customer service skills with clear communication capabilities. Prior experience managing or supervising a team is preferred but not required.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
