We have over 10 years of RV sales experience and now opening an indoor service center. We're looking for someone who already knows their way around RVs, can diagnose problems efficiently, and takes pride in doing clean, professional work. This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician who wants steady, year-round work in a professional indoor shop with room to grow. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair RV electrical systems Plumbing and water system repairs Appliance diagnosis and replacement Roof leak diagnosis, resealing and roof repairs Slide-out and leveling system repairs Awning repairs and replacements 12V and 120V electrical troubleshooting Battery, converter, inverter and solar system work HVAC and furnace diagnosis/repair Interior and exterior RV repairs Perform inspections and preventative maintenance Accurately document repairs, parts and labor Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For RV repair experience is required. We are looking for a technician who can work independently and diagnose problems rather than simply replace parts.

You should have:

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability Experience using diagnostic tools and multimeters Good understanding of electrical systems Valid driver's license Ability to safely lift, climb ladders and work on RV roofs Good communication and organizational skills Pride in workmanship and attention to detail RVTI certification or other RV industry training is a plus but not required. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience. $32-$38 hr We are willing to pay for the right technician with proven RV diagnostic and repair experience. About Basecamp RV Service Basecamp RV Service is a locally owned RV service and repair company serving the greater Placer County and Sacramento region. We're building a professional service operation focused on quality workmanship, honest communication and taking care of our customers. This is a new indoor facility we're opening in October 2026.
