We are seeking experienced Technicians to instill brand loyalty and ensure a positive customer service experience as we build a best-in-class service team. Our technicians are responsible for diligently maintaining, repairing and servicing customer vehicles to ensure both customer safety and satisfaction while contributing to overall departmental success. Using factory-certified tools and technologies, we prioritize continuous training and offer a collaborative environment where technicians can maximize their earning potential.

Responsibilities Diagnosis:

Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues using Subaru diagnostic software.

Repair:

Perform powertrain, transmission, steering, suspension, and brake repairs.

Maintenance:

Execute multi-point safety inspections, fluid replacements, and reconditioning. Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required. Road test vehicles as required.

Collaboration:

Work with Service Advisors to provide clear labor estimates and detailed stories.

Document:

Manage all work performed to Manufacturer standards and/or recommended on the repair order.

Safety:

Adhere strictly to shop safety regulations, hazardous waste protocols, and driving policies. Review and analyze actions regularly to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively. Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Attend all training courses as requested by service management.

Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience.

Certifications:

Active ASE certifications preferred; Subaru factory certifications are preferred.

Tools:

Ownership of standard mechanical hand and power tools.

Licensing:

Valid driver's license required for vehicle road testing. Maintain all relevant licenses and qualifications

Aptitude:

Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions safely.

Screening:

Must pass a routine pre-employment background check and drug screening Must be authorized to work in the

$120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
