Responsibilities include working with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs, advising customers on necessary and recommended services, offering additional services and repairs when appropriate, computing cost of parts and labor and estimating mechanical electrical or other repairs, entering itemized estimates on service orders and explaining them to customers, scheduling service appointments, meeting dealership standards for repair and order production, maintaining CSI at or above company standards, keeping an organized clean and safe work area, participating in required training, accurately recording hours worked, and following all company policies core values Safeguards rules and safety regulations.
