A&C Performance has specialized exclusively in Dodge Vipers for over 25 years. From engine builds and fabrication to MoTeC engine management, chassis dyno tuning, suspension, and complete vehicle builds, we work on some of the highest-performance Vipers in the world. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Performance Technician who takes pride in producing high-quality work and wants to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, precision, and continuous improvement. Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional overtime as needed
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and service high-performance vehicles. Perform engine, drivetrain, suspension, brake, and chassis work. Assist with performance upgrades, engine installations, and custom projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Accurately document work performed and communicate with the team. Follow shop procedures while maintaining the highest quality standards. Qualifications Experienced automotive technician professional experience. We are looking for a seasoned technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and perform high-level mechanical work with minimal supervision. Strong mechanical knowledge and confidence working on all aspects of automotive systems. Performance vehicle experience is highly preferred . Experience with exotic cars, aftermarket performance modifications, high-level diagnosis or motorsports wiring is a significant advantage High level of attention to detail is essential . Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
