Job Description
Experienced Mobile Automotive Technician - B Level The Auto Healer Riverside County, CA $75,000-$120,000+ per year Full-time The Auto Healer is hiring an experienced B-level automotive technician for our Riverside County mobile repair team. We provide professional automotive repair at customers' homes and workplaces. This is not roadside assistance. You will work independently from a fully insured company service van while our office handles calls, scheduling, estimates, parts coordination, customer updates, and payment processing. Compensation and Benefits $35 per hour guaranteed base pay Production bonuses beginning at attainable billed-hour levels Expected annual compensation of $75,000-$120,000+ Company-provided service van Company-paid fuel, insurance, and vehicle maintenance Medical, dental, and vision insurance after eligibility Paid training and onboarding Monday-Friday day schedule Work routed within Riverside County to reduce unnecessary driving Specialty tools and service information provided Opportunity to grow with the company What You'll Do Brakes, steering, and suspension repairs Starting and charging-system repairs Cooling-system repairs Maintenance and vehicle inspections Starters, alternators, radiators, thermostats, water pumps, belts, and hoses Moderate electrical and drivability diagnosis Document inspections, findings, and completed repairs Communicate professionally with customers Collect payment using a company-provided terminal Advanced diagnostics, programming, difficult electrical problems, and certain A/C work will be handled or supported by our lead technician. What We're Looking For At least three years of professional automotive repair experience Strong B-level mechanical ability Able to work independently without another technician at the jobsite Comfortable diagnosing common mechanical and electrical problems Professional appearance and customer communication Accurate repair documentation Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record Able to pass a background check Reliable attendance and communication ASE certifications are preferred but not required Tools Technicians must have their own professional hand tools, common power tools, multimeter, and an appropriate B-level scan tool (have resets and bi directional controls). The Auto Healer provides the service van, specialty tools, larger shop-type equipment, service information, and operational support. Why Join The Auto Healer?
