Duties and responsibilities include:

Direct customer service & sales, estimating, work flow coordination, inventory control, quality control, product delivery and of course, direct responsibility for ensuring every customer has an "unforgettable experience" with us. We prefer at least 3 years experience as a service advisor in the industry as well as experience and a strong working knowledge of the Mitchell Manger software system. The job does require a person with some automotive technical familiarity, an organized and friendly personality as well as the ability to motivate & manage others.
