Maintain company equipment and service power equipment on a routine basis to keep equipment optimal and prevent on-the-job breakdowns. Maintain equipment logs, inventory, etc. Diagnostic troubleshooting, research repairs and order parts as needed. Small engine repair. Schedule preventative and routine maintenance of fleet vehicles and commercial equipment. Must demonstrate a solid mechanical ability to troubleshoot and make repairs, or outsource repairs on vehicles. Able to work in a non-air-conditioned shop, outside in extreme temps, and in all weather conditions Able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 75 pounds Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time in extreme weather conditions. Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel to perform work Must be able to complete tasks independently or with a team without direct supervision. Must be able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure excellent guest service.
