What We're Looking For Extensive experience with luxury or exotic vehicles. Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills. ASE certifications and manufacturer certifications are a plus. Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like: Diagnose and repair high-performance and exotic vehicles. Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics. Handle complex engine, transmission, suspension, and electronic repairs. Mentor fellow technicians and help develop the next generation of talent. Perform quality control inspections on high-value repairs. Deliver first-time repair quality while maintaining manufacturer standards. Work closely with advisors and management to provide an exceptional ownership experience. The opportunity is for you if you have: Extensive experience with luxury or exotic vehicles. • $200,000 per year Employee will be compensated through a combination of hourly pay and commissions/ bonuses, which will vary based on productivity.
