Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, suspension work, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repairs to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Collaborate with technicians to review vehicle diagnostics and ensure accurate service writing for repairs. Manage service appointments efficiently while maintaining excellent client communication throughout the repair process. Prepare detailed estimates using computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools and ensure transparency with clients about costs and timelines. Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely while maintaining professionalism at all times. Skills Proven experience in automotive service advising or dealership environments with a strong understanding of auto repair processes. Mechanical knowledge paired with experience in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, suspension work, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repair. Proficiency with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating systems. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
