We're looking for a technician who: Has 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience Is confident diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of vehicles Has strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Can perform maintenance, brake, suspension, steering, electrical, and general mechanical repairs with confidence and in a timely manner Takes pride in performing quality work correctly the first time Can efficiently manage assigned work while maintaining high repair standards Has a strong attention to detail Works well independently and as part of a team Is dependable, professional, and takes ownership of their work Communicates well with team members Is committed to continued learning as automotive technology evolves ASE certifications are preferred, but experience and skill matter most Our Core Values Integrity We do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
