This is a general repair and maintenance role — oil changes, fluid services, tire rotations, brakes, and other basic-to-intermediate repairs — with room to grow into more advanced diagnostic and repair work as you prove yourself. This is a part-time to full-time position, with hours ranging from 20-40 per week depending on shop needs. We operate a 4-day workweek, Monday through Thursday — every weekend is a three-day weekend. What you'll do: Perform oil changes, fluid services, tire rotations, brakes, and general maintenance Complete accurate digital inspections and document your work with photos Road test before and after repairs Keep your bay clean, safe, and organized Communicate clearly with the service advisor What we're looking for: 1-2 years of professional automotive repair experience in a shop Must be 25 years or older with a clean driving record (per company insurance policy) Valid driver's license Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Willingness to keep learning and grow into more advanced work What we offer: All the tools you need to perform your jobs Paid training and growth path toward more advanced repair work 4-day workweek — every weekend is a three-day weekend

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
