RV Service Center Estimator/Assistant Rehorn RV Collision Center Sacramento, CA Job Details Full-time $25 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Phone communication High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Estimating for automotive body repair Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description RV Collision Estimator / Office Assistant We are an RV collision repair shop seeking an experienced Estimator / Office Assistant to join our team. This position combines estimating, customer service, and administrative responsibilities and requires someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced repair environment. Prior estimating experience is required for this position. Experience with CCC ONE estimating software is strongly preferred. Previous body shop or collision repair experience is helpful but is not required. Responsibilities Prepare accurate repair estimates Take and document vehicle damage photos Identify parts needed for repairs Communicate with customers regarding repairs and estimates Work effectively with shop technicians and office staff Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers Maintain organized and accurate documentation Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed Qualifications Previous estimating experience is required CCC ONE estimating experience is strongly preferred Previous body shop, collision repair, automotive, or RV experience is a plus, but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and repair technicians Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Able to follow direction while also working independently with little supervision Dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented High school diploma or GED required Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to inspect RVs and damaged areas in and around vehicles. Candidates must be able to climb, balance at various heights, stoop, bend, and/or crawl as necessary to perform inspections and document damage. Compensation Pay will be determined based on experience, including estimating experience and familiarity with CCC ONE.
