The Advisor satisfies service concerns of their customers and the selling of additional service as identified. Additionally, the Advisor will ensure that the service is performed at the highest level of professionalism and expertise.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting customers promptly
• Obtaining customer and vehicle information
• Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage or history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish follow time with the customer
• Obtain customer's signature on repair order
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointment requests
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
• Deliver vehicle to customer and answer any questions
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and targeted customer satisfaction index goals
• Gain superior product knowledge and warranty coverages to effectively assist customers
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty
• Participate in a team oriented and supportive professional environment
• Maintaining High CSI Scores

QUALIFICATIONS

• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• Previous customer service experience
• Time management skills
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Spanish speaking (fluent preferred)
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with leaders, peers and others
• Valid state drivers license and good driving record
• Team oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work with minimal direct supervision
• Personal and professional integrity

JOB TYPE- Fulltime Pay:
