As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician who thrives on solving problems and delivering repairs done right the first time. What You'll Do As a Diagnostic Technician, you'll be responsible for identifying and repairing complex vehicle concerns while supporting the rest of our team with your technical expertise.
Your responsibilities include:
Diagnose drivability, electrical, engine performance, HVAC, ABS, steering, suspension, and vehicle system concerns. Perform advanced electrical testing using wiring diagrams, scan tools, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic equipment. Accurately identify root causes to avoid unnecessary parts replacement. Perform mechanical repairs related to diagnosed failures. Clearly document diagnostic findings and repair recommendations. Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle conditions and repair needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience. Strong diagnostic experience across domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, drivability, engine management, and vehicle electronics. Proficient with scan tools, wiring diagrams, digital multimeters, and modern diagnostic equipment. Ability to efficiently diagnose intermittent and complex vehicle concerns. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Positive attitude with a team-first mindset. Why Join Ma's Auto Repair?
