$40-$50/hour | Straight Hourly Pay | Monday-Friday | No Weekends The Four Car Garage is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who wants a long-term home in a professional, established independent repair shop. We've been family-owned and operated since 1981, and we believe good technicians should be treated like the skilled professionals they are. If you're tired of flat-rate pressure, working weekends, or feeling like you're just another number, we'd like to talk to you. This is an experienced technician position. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of professional auto repair shop experience who is comfortable diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles.

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong general automotive repair and maintenance skills
• Comfortable performing digital vehicle inspections
• Experience with brakes, steering and suspension, engine repair and A/C service
• Strong diagnostic skills, including MIL/check-engine-light, drivability and electrical diagnosis
• Your own professional tools and toolbox
• Valid California driver's license
• Reliable, punctual and able to communicate well with the rest of the team
• ASE certifications are strongly preferred
• Automotive school or other formal technical training is a plus, but solid real-world experience matters most Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in doing good work and wants to be part of a strong team.
