In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing a wide range of electrical and electronic systems within vehicles, with a focus on 12-volt systems. Your expertise will ensure that each vehicle meets our high standards for safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electrical issues related to vehicle systems using automotive diagnostic tools and schematics. Install and troubleshoot advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and other electronic components. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately to ensure proper system integration and repairs. Perform maintenance on vehicle electrical systems, including powertrain, suspension, transmission, and lighting. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete repairs and installations on various vehicle makes, including GM vehicles. Conduct vehicle system inspections, including alignment, vehicle suspension system repair, and transmission system repairs. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Experience Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience working with automotive electrical systems. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques. Experience interpreting automotive wiring diagrams and schematics accurately. Hands-on experience with ADAS technology, automotive repair tools, and diagnostic equipment. Knowledge of diesel engine repair, vehicle maintenance procedures, and powertrain components is preferred. Ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment in a fast-paced environment.
