Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead the busy service department at our Los Angeles County dealership. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong dealership experience and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities include:

overseeing daily operations, driving efficiency and profitability, ensuring high repair quality, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

Lead, train, and manage a team of technicians and service advisors Oversee daily service department workflow to ensure efficient operations and timely repair completion Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve escalated customer concerns Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all repairs meet dealership standards Implement and enforce service department policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Collaborate with sales, parts, and management teams to maximize overall dealership performance Ensure compliance with dealer programs, warranty requirements, and manufacturer guidelines Maintain accurate service records, repair orders, and customer documentation Drive service department performance, CSI, and profitability goals Qualifications & Experience Previous Franchise dealership experience as a Service Manager is required Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures Proven leadership and service department management experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in service writing and repair order documentation Ability to recommend and upsell maintenance and repair services based on customer needs Familiarity with warranty administration and processes (preferred) Highly organized, motivated, and performance-driven We offer a competitive base salary plus a generous performance-based earning opportunity ($150K to $250K) Benefits package
