Description Do you have Diesel or Auto Technician experience and are looking for a great new opportunity? Clarke Vehicare would like to talk with YOU! What are the duties?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Use of Smartphone, Laptop, and Tablet Technology to Record all Repairs Repairs and Maintains Light & Medium Duty Customer Vehicles in a Dedicated Shop Some Heavier Class 8-9 MHE experience (electric) will be helpful Standard Tech Owned Tools Required Major Shop Tools and Diagnostic Equipment is Provided Other duties may be assigned PHYSICAL and
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance. The associate must be able to read and write detailed reports. Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.?
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
5+ years of hands-on experience working with medium-duty trucks Strong diagnostic and repair skills in engines, brakes, electrical, and suspension systems Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for diagnostics and work order entry Must have own tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with Peterbilt trucks Familiarity with BYD electric trucks is a plus but not required CERTIFICATES and
LICENSES
Valid Driver's License Current CDL or ability to acquire CDL (class B or higher) ASE certifications are a plus Why should you apply?
