This energetic role is perfect for skilled technicians eager to provide quick, high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services on weekends. You will be the go-to expert for performing essential brake repairs, oil changes, and basic diagnostics, ensuring our customers' vehicles stay safe and reliable. Responsibilities Perform routine oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, and suspension system inspections with precision and efficiency Conduct vehicle diagnostics using automotive electrical systems and schematics to identify issues accurately Replace or repair mechanical systems such as shocks & struts, transmissions, powertrain components, and air brakes Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service equipment to complete repairs effectively Follow dealership or industry-standard procedures to ensure quality work on all vehicle makes and models, including GM vehicles when applicable Maintain detailed records of services performed and communicate findings clearly to customers or team members Ensure all work complies with safety standards and maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction Requirements Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a focus on brake systems, oil changes, and general maintenance Dealership experience or background in automotive diagnostics is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive suspension systems, transmissions, diesel engines, and powertrain components Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for complex repairs involving ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and automotive electrical systems Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair tools Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional communication style Valid mechanic certification or relevant technical training; ASE certification is a plus Knowledge of heavy equipment mechanics or diesel mechanics is advantageous but not required Join us as a Saturday Brake / Oil Change Mechanic and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering top-tier vehicle maintenance.
