We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Tire and Lube Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Perform tire service including mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements efficiently and accurately. Assist with minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, alignments, and vehicle maintenance tasks. Use hand tools and power tools safely to carry out routine vehicle servicing and repairs. Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics tools and identify necessary repairs. Support automotive repair activities by performing basic mechanical repairs under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times. Requirements Prior dealership or automotive mechanic experience is highly preferred. Basic knowledge of standard passenger car operation and automotive diagnostics. Familiarity with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience using hand tools and power tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during tire installation or other mechanical tasks. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive repair field, including minor mechanical vehicle repairs and alignments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
