Our client is growing their team and looking for a Mobile Car Key Technician to take your career to the next level in greater Tustin area and beyond! Providing top-notch mobile locksmith services specializing in car keys, we are looking for motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to grow into Van Manager positions with the company. Car key Technicians work both inside retail stores and from the mobile van, providing key solutions on the spot (for all American made and Asian made car brands). In this role, customers get replacement car keys by cutting and programming them as they shop. All training is provided and all training is paid by the company. This is a unique opportunity to promote into a franchise-like position where you can run and manage your own Mobile Car Key Van.

Responsibilities:

Provide mobile locksmith services, including cutting keys and programming car remotes. Train other sales representatives how to use the proper machines and programmers to advance other technicians roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication. Manage daily operations of your mobile service, including building event relationships and managing inventory. Utilize your sales skills to generate new business and enhance customer retention. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and locksmithing techniques.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience, preferably in a service-oriented field. Managerial experience is a plus; we value leadership skills. Technical experience with locksmithing or automotive knowledge is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people. Foreign nationals are welcome to apply.
