Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Drive Success:
Recommend vehicle repair and maintenance to customers, promoting the sale of products and services that benefit both the customer and our shop.Build Relationships:
Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.Enhance Satisfaction:
Elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.Stay Energetic:
Respond with enthusiasm to every customer, both on the phone and in the shop.Sell Solutions:
Engage in solutions-oriented selling.Get Involved:
Participate in every aspect of shop operations.Keep Learning:
Continuously update your technical knowledge and skills in training sessions to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving automotive technology field.Required Skills:
1-2 years of Retail Sales experience preferred. Experience in the Automotive Repair Industry. Valid Driver's License. Pre-employment drug test and background check.Preferred Skills:
