Brake & Service is a family-owned, full-service automotive repair and tire facility in Walnut Creek, CA, owned and operated by M Service, Inc. A1 Brake & Service and M Service are located on the same property, giving our team access to the experience, resources, equipment, and technical knowledge of an established automotive service organization. M Service specializes in the service, diagnosis, and repair of European vehicles, while A1 Brake & Service provides full-service automotive repair, maintenance, brake service, and tire sales and service for a broad range of vehicles. This gives our technicians the opportunity to work in a professional environment with extensive automotive knowledge and resources available right on the property. We're looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in diagnosing and repairing vehicles correctly and wants a long-term opportunity with a professional, well-established automotive repair organization.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an experienced technician who is confident in their abilities, takes pride in their work, and wants to continue developing their skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Strong electrical diagnostic skills Solid understanding of modern automotive systems Experience with brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance, and general automotive repair Ability to accurately diagnose and complete high-quality repairs Tire and wheel service experience is a plus Professional-grade personal tools ASE Certifications or equivalent experience preferred Professional appearance and attitude Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work well with technicians, service advisors, and management Desire to continue technical training and professional development Valid California driver's license Clean DMV driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
