Join the Team at Diablo Auto Specialists Diablo Auto Specialists is looking for a motivated, dependable Entry-Level Lube Technician to join our team. As a Lube Technician, you'll help keep our customers' vehicles safe and properly maintained by performing routine maintenance services while working alongside experienced automotive technicians. Responsibilities Perform oil and filter changes Check and top off vehicle fluids Check and adjust tire pressures Perform tire rotations Replace engine and cabin air filters Replace windshield wipers and other basic maintenance items Assist with vehicle inspections and document visible concerns Maintain a clean and organized work area Properly use and care for shop tools and equipment Follow all shop procedures and safety guidelines Assist technicians with repairs and other shop tasks as needed Treat customer vehicles with care and respect Qualifications Entry-level position; previous professional automotive experience is not required Basic automotive or mechanical knowledge is a plus Willingness to learn and take direction Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training and ongoing development Hands-on experience working alongside experienced technicians Opportunities for career advancement Employee discounts Supportive team culture Why Diablo Auto Specialists?
