Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Mechanic and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this energetic role, you will utilize your mechanical expertise to diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, steering, and electrical components. Service and maintain vehicles through oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks. Repair or replace critical components such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brakes, powertrain parts, and auto body elements. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to disassemble and reassemble vehicle parts following manufacturer specifications. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical problems effectively. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality control procedures while providing excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly to clients. Requirements Proven mechanic experience with dealership or automotive repair shop backgrounds preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including diesel engines, transmissions, powertrains, and automotive electrical systems. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and schematics for precise troubleshooting. Experience working on GM vehicles or similar makes is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance machinery safely and efficiently. Knowledge of ADAS technology, auto estimating procedures, wheel alignment techniques, suspension systems, tire service, shocks & struts replacement is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.
