If you're a seasoned automotive tech who can diagnose problems, work efficiently, and consistently turn hours, we want to talk. You don't have to be a VW/Audi technician to be a fit. If you've built strong skills working on another brand or in an independent shop, your experience matters more than the badge on your toolbox. German-car experience is a plus, but we're primarily looking for a technician who knows how to fix cars and get the job done right. Health, dental and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee discounts on parts, service and vehicles Paid VW training and ongoing technical development Life insurance What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently Use scan tools, diagnostic equipment, test drives and hands-on experience to find problems Handle everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs and heavy-line work Work on brakes, suspension, A/C, drivability, electrical and other mechanical systems Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Communicate with service advisors and the team to keep jobs moving Perform warranty repairs to factory standards What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced technician — not necessarily someone who has spent their entire career working on VW. 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred Dealership or independent-shop experience Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Comfortable working independently and solving problems Ability to efficiently produce quality work in a flat-rate environment VW/Audi experience or factory certifications are a big plus, but not required Experience with German brands such as VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz or Porsche is helpful , but strong experience with any major automotive brand is welcome ASE certifications are a plus Reliable, professional and team-oriented Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to pass a background check and drug screen Who This Is For If you've been turning wrenches for several years, can diagnose instead of just throwing parts at a problem, and want a shop where there is enough work to keep your hours up , this is worth a conversation.
