Job Description

Winter Park Fraser Tire and Auto (WPFTAA) in Fraser, Colorado is looking for an additional Service Advisor to join our team. Located minutes from the Winter Park Ski Resort this position would be great for someone looking to relocate to the mountains and live where people vacation. We have a great team atmosphere of long term employees working together to create an excellent place to work every day. As an 8 lift shop with new equipment and great technicians we're continuing to grow and give all our customers, local and area visitors, quality service. We are looking for an additional Customer Service Representative ideally with Service Advisor experience from a dealership, chain, and/or independent shop. As WPFTAA's newest customer facing employee you will work directly with the rest of our Service Team to meet monthly objectives while providing excellent customer service. A positive, team-focused attitude is necessary along with an energetic entrepreneurial spirit. This position will require a person who enjoys working with people and building relationships with customers and co-workers. Attention to detail and strong work ethic will enable this team member to succeed. As a Service Advisor, you will spend the majority of your day working directly with our customers, advising them on their vehicle's automotive service and repair needs. This requires the ability to multitask, maintain a professional demeanor, provide superb customer service and have fun. The position focuses on enhancing the customer experience, preserving customer loyalty and maximizing sales.
Job Requirements:
Provide a high level of customer service to all customers Lead repair order processes from beginning to end working to enhance efficiencies Facilitate communication between the business and customers, by providing accurate information in a timely manner and setting correct expectations while selling service and repairs Work with fellow employees and vendors to ensure the correct parts are ready for each job Continue to grow personal product knowledge and training to better inform each customer Follow current shop policies and procedures while working with the team to build new and better systems Be a great team player working along and leading staff in order to provide the best service possible to each customer
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience Valid driver's license
Automotive Parts & Mechanical Knowledge:
Ordering, Pricing, and Customer Education Computer Knowledge:
Tekmetric Pay:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
