What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly experience from check-in through vehicle delivery Listen to customers, understand their concerns, and accurately document repair needs Recommend maintenance and repairs based on technician findings and manufacturer recommendations Prepare accurate estimates and clearly explain services, pricing, and timelines Communicate with customers throughout the repair process and keep them informed Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly and efficiently Review completed work with customers and explain recommendations for future service Build long-term relationships with customers and earn their trust Help manage daily workflow, scheduling, and shop productivity Maintain a clean, organized, professional service environment What We're Looking For Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to explain automotive repairs in a way customers can understand Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong organization and attention to detail Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work effectively with technicians and management A team player who takes ownership and follows through ASE certifications are a plus, but experience, professionalism, and customer-service ability are what matter most.
