Job Overview Come join our Team!!! A B & C Skilled level Subaru Technicians needed. Hourly pay commensurate with Experience
  • 5 Day work week 40 to 45 hours a week Experienced candidates will have option to work flat rate. Large Service Department with room for advancing your career

Schedule:
Will be Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm Will need to be able to work 1 to 2 Saturdays a month Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a variety of automotive issues using advanced automotive diagnostics tools Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements Repair and replace mechanical components such as engines, transmissions, suspensions, and steering systems Conduct wheel alignments and work with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) to calibrate safety features Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical systems Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools to complete repairs effectively Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship Requirements Proven mechanic experience with dealership or independent repair shop background preferred Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including powertrain, electrical, suspension, and brakes Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics software Experience working on Subaru vehicles or similar imports is a plus Knowledge of ADAS calibration, vehicle alignment procedures, and auto body repair techniques is desirable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Company Overview Schaller Auto World is a family-owned business established in 1953, proudly serving the local community for over six decades.
