Responsibilities:

– Greet customers and provide excellent customer service – Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them – Write service orders and provide detailed explanations of recommended services – Up sell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition – Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs – Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles – Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and time frames – Process payments and handle financial transactions

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in automotive repair or service writing preferred – Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems – Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers – Proficient in up selling additional services and explaining their benefits – Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
