Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems, including powertrain, suspension, and brake systems. Repair and maintain vehicles by replacing or repairing faulty components such as engines, suspension systems, brake systems, and tires. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, alignment services, and tire replacement. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete repairs with high quality standards. Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and manufacturer specifications while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and offering recommendations for ongoing vehicle care. Qualifications Service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Hands-on experience with wheel alignment, vehicle suspension system repair, and vehicle engine system repair. Mechanical knowledge of powertrain components, engines, welding techniques, and automotive electrical systems. Strong mechanical skills complemented by the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
