What You'll Be Doing Your days will be hands-on and real. You'll be driving company vehicles, towing trailers, working outdoors, and helping solve septic, sewer, drainage, and utility problems that customers can't ignore. Some days you'll be in the truck. Some days you'll be in the dirt. You'll lift, move, haul, and handle physical work in changing weather. You'll be expected to care for the equipment, follow safety protocols, and show up ready to help the crew win.
