Competitive pay based on experience and skill level About the Opportunity Our client is in search of a reliable and experienced A/B Automotive Service Technician to become part of our team. We are looking for a skilled technician who values excellent workmanship, can accurately diagnose and repair vehicles, and is comfortable working on their own in a fast-paced automotive service setting. This is a full-time position with compensation based on experience, technical prowess, and qualifications. Responsibilities Determine mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues. Carry out general automotive maintenance and repairs. Complete brake, suspension, steering, and exhaust system repairs. Conduct engine and cooling system diagnostics and repairs. Identify check-engine lights and other vehicle warning systems. Perform tune-ups, fluid services, and preventive maintenance. Inspect vehicles and pinpoint necessary or suggested repairs. Precisely communicate repair findings and recommendations. Efficiently complete repairs while upholding high-quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment. Adhere to appropriate safety protocols and shop policies. Qualifications Prior professional experience in automotive repair is necessary. Experience as an A-Level or B-Level technician is preferred. Adept in mechanical work and troubleshooting. Skilled in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle makes and models. Capable of working independently and collaboratively. Attentive to detail with a dedication to quality. Holds a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation. ASE certifications are advantageous but not mandatory. Must be dependable, professional, and focused on delivering top-notch service. Tools Required Technicians must have their own tools and toolbox. Specialty or shop equipment will be provided as needed. Compensation Pay will be determined by experience, skill level, certifications, and overall technical aptitude . Experienced A-Level technicians will receive appropriate compensation.
