This position is ideal for someone with basic automotive knowledge who wants to gain more hands-on experience while assisting our mechanics with vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Responsibilities Assist mechanics with vehicle repairs and maintenance Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and battery replacements Help with brake, suspension, and other mechanical repairs Assist with vehicle inspections and basic diagnostics Prepare tools, equipment, and parts needed for repairs Keep the shop and work areas clean, safe, and organized Move and prepare vehicles as needed Follow instructions from the lead mechanic and management Follow all workplace and automotive safety procedures Qualifications Basic knowledge of cars and automotive maintenance Previous mechanic or automotive experience is preferred Willingness to learn and develop automotive repair skills Comfortable working with automotive tools and equipment Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred Ability to perform physical tasks associated with automotive work
