In this energetic role, you'll perform vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently using flat rate pay structures that reward your skills and productivity. Your hands-on approach and knowledge of automotive systems will help keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly and safely. This position offers a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your mechanic experience makes a real difference every day. Duties Diagnose vehicle issues accurately using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic tools Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, including engine work, brake service, suspension, and electrical systems Utilize hand tools, power tools, and auto body repair equipment to complete tasks efficiently Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and communicate findings clearly to customers or team members Manage heavy lifting safely when handling parts or vehicle components during repairs Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment Complete all repair documentation accurately within the flat rate system to ensure timely billing and workflow efficiency Qualifications Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and auto body repair equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with vehicle maintenance, auto restoration, or general automotive service preferred Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; relevant certifications (such as ASE) are a plus Embark on an exciting career where your skills are valued and your work makes an impact!
