Qualifications:

Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record & background check. Technical degree preferred but not required. ASE certifications preferred but not required. HS Diploma or GED. Pre-employment drug screening required. Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic/ working on cars. Knows how to use shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc. Effective analytical and communication skills. Good reading, computer, and mathematics. Positive attitude, team oriented, strong work ethic and good references, and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs Including but not limited to oil changes, fluid level checks, tire rotations, repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, and other parts. Diagnose and estimates on vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. Test functionality of parts and systems with efficiency in accordance with dealership standards. Help keep repair shop clean and organized while maintaining a professional appearance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Customer - centric approach with a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
