About Us We are a fast growing, local family owned business. The owner Steve Rand has been a local mechanic for over 20 years, and opening our own shop was always the goal. Opening a year and a half ago, we immediately began servicing more vehicles than we imagined. We are consistently overbooked, and two to three weeks out. Well reviewed, excellent customer base, and a great work environment. We are looking to add to our team, and hope to find a future long-standing employee to join our family business! Job Summary Seeking a skilled and experience Lube Technician with 2+ years experience of work in legitimate shops. Must have a background in repair and maintenance on all types of vehicles. Must be reliable, consistent, and professional. Will consider fleixble work days, or part-time for the right candidate. No weekend work, unless you are interested in occasional Saturday hours. Must be able to reliably commute. Valid drivers license required, must pass background check, motor vehicle record report, and drug screening. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake jobs, and other light repairs and maintenance. Communicate effectively with Service Writer regarding vehicle needs and repair options, to then be provided to the customer. Conduct lifting of tires safely as necessary. Skills Proficient and self-sufficient in vehicle maintenance and repair. Strong problem solving skills. Excellent customer service skills.
