Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kia — Putnam, CT Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kia is looking for skilled Automotive Technicians to join our growing Service Department! Are you an experienced technician tired of the Worcester commute? Make the move to Putnam! Enjoy competitive earning potential, a great work environment, and a 4-day work week with NO Saturdays.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$50,000 - $170,000+ annually Extremely competitive pay based on skills and experience Full-Time | Flat Rate / Hourly Opportunities 4-DAY

WORK WEEK NO SATURDAYS WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues Inspect engines and mechanical components to accurately identify problems Diagnose and repair vehicle computer and electronic systems Perform routine maintenance and preventative services Repair or replace defective, worn, or damaged components Provide accurate estimates for repair time, cost, and required parts Document completed work and diagnostic findings Maintain equipment and tools in good condition Keep a clean and safe work environment Complete all required manufacturer and factory training Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems Experience with modern vehicle diagnostic systems and scan tools Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team ASE Certification preferred Previous automotive dealership experience is a definite plus Manufacturer training/certifications are a plus Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
